Hi, I have no time yet, but some guys from linwizard yesterday do something with success. They can send AT commands or something (don’t know in detail). If Iwill proceed I’ll inform you. What’s new I can runf GPE2 from SD card ad it works fine. I need also fix keyboard stuff and then will see . Good luck. Marek

Hi, you need to create on SD card second ext2 partition where you copy rootfs for GPE2. Second option could be make initrd from GPE2 rootfs and just replace. Then you don’t need create second partition. In any question contact me at marek.belisko@gmail.com. I hope (if time allow) can add better description how to do this.

Hi, sorry but I don’t understand what are you asking. You have a problem with running gpe2 on your oxygen? Initrd is in sd.tar.gz file and you can also extract rootfs of initrd by: zcat initfs.img |cpio -id –no-absolute-filenames and after editing you can create initrd by: find |cpio -H newc -o |gzip -c > initfs.img. I’ll try to search on my notebook for GPE2 rootfs which was working for me. I’ll try to add it tommorow. Good luck. Marek

Hi, initrd in sd.tag.gz should work . Anyway in some minutes I’ll update a content and add download link to GPE2 rootfs.

Hi, first downlaod then extract from archive (you should get rootfs directory). Then copy content of directory to ext2 card partition. You should have directories on ext2 like bin, dev, home …. Then you need to change in default.txt line where root=/dev/ram0 to root=/dev/mmcblk0p2. Good luck.

Man. not work copy files in ext2 partition. Error in copy dev and usr. in ext2. using command sudo su and gksu nautilus in terminal bad not copy. What kent ?

Hi. For me it’s working properly. Are you sure you are root when you copy files? Just type su then password and then copy.

Man not working. Copy gpe2 in ext2 partition but error in kernet. not finnis boot. error tip in kernel cant no sync in bin/sh . please help.

Hi, soory for time delay but I was busy. I’ll check kernel in SD.tar.gz archive and you’re right it doesn’t work with ext2. I compile new with ext2 support and test with gpe2 it works properly. You can donwload archive from: http://open-nandra.com/wp-content/uploads/kernel.tar.gz GPE image shoul be same like in previous post. Good luck
